Shipping and Delivery

We deliver to most locations within Australia and internationally. We ship domestic orders via Australia Post; registered Parcel Post.

International orders are shipped via FedEx and DHL.

Domestic Shipping

We offer free Australian domestic shipping on all orders over $79.00 (AUD)

On occasion we may contact you and offer you the option of delivery via courier. This service is for orders that exceed Australia Post parameters or for orders being delivered to remote locations or within the metropolitan areas.

International Shipping

We offer a flat rate charge of $35.00 (AUD) for all international orders UNDER 2kg. Please email us at info@dacing-grass.com.au if you are unsure when placing an order to be delivered outside Australia. 

We do not ship to international PO boxes.

All taxes and duties including customs and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer and may be a government requirement of import. Dancing Grass has no control over these and will not refund customers for any charges.

Local Pick Up

We are more than happy to offer local pick up for all our customers based in Melbourne - Please call us 0468305816 or mail us info@dancing-grass.com.au to arrange your pick up after the oder is concluded.

 

Delivery Times

Dancing Grass endeavours to ship orders within 48hrs of receipt.

Domestic orders will be delivered within 2 – 10 days.

Please condier additional time might be required for orders to be delivered in remote locations and islands.

International orders will be delivered within 10 – 16 days.

Tracking

When your order is dispatched we will email you a tracking number.  Please follow the link in the email and enter the tracking number provided to get up update of where your order is. 

Changing your Shipping Address

Your shipping address can be changed as long as your order has not been dispatched. To change your shipping address, contact Dancing Grass on 0468305816 as soon as possible.
