RETURNS/EXCHANGES

We really want you to be happy with your Dancing Grass purchase, if for some reason you are not you have the below options to choose from

a) Request to return product in exchange for any other product featured on the Dancing Grass website. Please note if you select Tableware there is a 10-day turn around for items not in stock.

b) A credit voucher which will be valid for 6 months

All return/exchange requests must be made within 14 days of original shipping date. Stock must be in resalable condition with correct packaging and swing tags attached, Dancing Grass has the right to deny exchange/return if the product does not meet our standards. Please send all requests to info@dancing-grass.com.au

Please note that we do not cover shipping costs as part of an exchange or refund unless the item is faulty.
REFUNDS

As a small business, we are unable to issue refunds for change-of-mind purchases. Refunds will only be issued if there is a fault with the product which will be determined by us. For more information contact info@dancing-grass.com.au
